Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership.
• Ensure the team delivers operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset.

• Allocate time effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Provide input on merchandise and visual standards.
• Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals).
