AnyVan is seeking a Head of Storage to lead a high-velocity commercial operation that spans sales, service and operations. You will own the P&L, recruit and coach a multi-function team, and implement processes that scale with growth.

You will drive conversion, pricing decisions and debt recovery while ensuring operational excellence, strong governance and customer satisfaction across the Storage function in a fast-paced marketplace.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a combined sales-and-service operation with commercial ownership.
• Track record of leading teams of 10+ across functions and coaching managers.
• Strong data fluency across CRM and support tooling to spot issues quickly.
• Passion for AI and hands-on experience deploying AI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to own P&L and drive results with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Storage P&L end-to-end: revenue, margin and debt recovery.
• Drive lead-to-booking conversion and set team targets to hit them.
• Ensure onboarding, redelivery, billing, and escalation paths are solid.
• Recruit, coach and structure the team as it scales with the culture you define.
• Own reporting hub and analyze dashboards to uncover real insights.
