Qualifications

• Extensive experience within Collections, Recoveries, Credit, or Debt Management.
• Proven success in a senior leadership or executive role.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams and drive business results.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
