Job summary

AnyVan is seeking a hands-on Supply Manager for Transport Partner Operations in France. You will lead our TP operations, ensuring coverage and on-time delivery by recruiting and onboarding partners, managing the allocation engine, and driving performance across the France region.

You will collaborate with frontline teams and senior leadership, building scalable processes, coaching the team, and delivering against tough targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Proven track record in operations/commercial leadership.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial instincts balancing coverage speed, customer promise and margin.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excel and dashboard skills for clean, fast reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Transport Partners (TPs) against monthly accreditation targets.
• Own signup-to-first-job funnel and clear blockers causing drop-off.
• Get partners set up and self-sufficient on portal/app: find, bid, accept, complete, invoice.
• Maintain TP records and compliance docs; act fast on underperformers.
• Own active TP numbers and churn; implement targeted outreach.
• Manage cancellation rate, on-time performance and feedback scores with escalation processes.
