You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Partnerships to maximise lead conversion, define KPIs, and ensure data integrity in the CRM. A startup mindset and proven leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Startup mindset with leadership of B2C sales teams in fast-growth companies.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and coaching teams to do the same.
• Tech-savvy with experience in sales CRMs and digital tools (HubSpot a plus).
• Commercial and analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.

• Location-based role in Cape Town with a rotating 5-day schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to hit targets.
• Run live reverse auctions to secure best rates with transport partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to maximise conversions.
• Define KPIs and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
• Join calls, close deals, and demonstrate best-practice negotiation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and analyse performance trends.
