Qualifications

• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POS transactions (credit/debit) are processed effectively.
• Assist customers with needs through clear and effective communication.
• Handle Cash Office and related Back Office cashing tasks.
• Maintain Ready for Business and ensure Cash Office area is neat and organized.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and end-of-day procedures.
• Supervise and schedule POS staff; ensure coverage and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
