Job summary

Cashbuild Limited in Bethal, Mpumalanga, is hiring for a frontline store role dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers, label shelves, and maintain housekeeping within your area while following the store layout and safety guidelines.

You will participate in stock merchandising, price labeling, and loss prevention, with shifts, weekends and holidays required. A minimum Grade 10 (NQF 3) with relevant experience or Grade 12 without experience is acceptable,

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related experience.
• Grade 12 without related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist Customers on correct products and queries.
• Assist with and resolve Customer complaints.
• Stock and merchandising to store layout and planograms.
• Keep area safe and tidy, price labelling accurate.
• Ensure OHSA safety within area of responsibility.
• Report stock discrepancies and maintain loss prevention.
