Job summary

VKB Group is seeking a Receiving Clerk to accurately receive stock, verify deliveries, and maintain precise stock records at our Mpumalanga branch. You will support daily operations, assist customers, and help maintain orderly stock areas.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable administrative performance, with responsibilities spanning stock control, cashier relief, and basic branch support. Afrikaans and English communication is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF4 is required
• Experience in stock receiving and stock control is advantageous
• Afrikaans and English communication skills (spoken and written) preferred
• Experience in the agricultural retail sector is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Receive stock and verify deliveries against documentation
• Process stock receipts accurately and timeously
• Handle stock returns per company procedures
• Maintain accurate stock control records and documentation
• Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies
• Support branch operations with administrative duties
• Provide friendly customer service and assistance
• Perform cashier relief duties when required
