Job summary

VKB Group is seeking a detail‑oriented admin professional to manage stock movements, GRVs, invoices, and related records across our retail operations. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have Grade 12, proficiency in Word/Excel, Afrikaans and English, and a valid driver’s license with own vehicle. Experience in agriculture or VKB systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.”
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
• Valid Driver's license and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of administration and record keeping.
• Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately and timeously.
• Complete and process supplier invoices in accordance with company procedures.
• Process and administer stock claims.
• Issue GRVs for incoming stock.
• Monitor and manage stock deviation reports.
• Support stock control activities and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Deliver professional customer service to internal and external customers.
