Job Description

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including: Open enrollment processes Entering elections into the system Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.
