Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits in a Hybrid setup in Johannesburg. You will manage end-to-end payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve queries and provide employee guidance on policies.

The role emphasizes staying updated on regulatory changes and maintaining strong internal controls within a rapidly evolving AI-enabled workflow at Genpact.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce, economics or finance as a base qualification.
• CPP, CIPP and CPA certifications are valued and preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy in salaries, deductions and bonuses.
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal controls for payroll & benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve queries and streamline processes.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting payroll and benefits.
