Job summary

Genpact Ltd. seeks a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to manage eligibility error reports, COBRA and FSA plans, and online enrollment. You will process events in PeopleSoft and conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate enrollment.

The role involves supporting ACA administration and responding to employee inquiries, with a focus on compliant, efficient benefits operations in a hybrid work setup in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or MBA/Analytics-related master’s.
• CIP/CIPP CPP certifications are listed as preferred qualifications.
• Experience with global payroll processes and Workday is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and FSA plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process and process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Assist with ACA administration and compliance.
• Respond to employee benefit inquiries and perform related duties.
