• Monitor SLAs, quality metrics, and process adherence; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Support internal audits and reporting related to recruitment operations.
