Hazendal Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our luxury spa and wellness operations.

The role combines premium spa therapies, holistic wellbeing, and movement programs such as yoga and Pilates, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, develop programming, manage budgets, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with marketing to sustain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in spa and wellness operations, luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, wellness services, movement practices, and functional training.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and revenue guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa and fitness centre.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of therapists and wellness professionals.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, procedures, and hygiene protocols.
