Hospitality Hire is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury hotel spa in the Wes-Kaap region. You will lead a talented team, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain the highest standards of treatments and hygiene.

This role requires a recognised spa or hospitality qualification, hands-on leadership, staff rostering experience, stock control, and the ability to train and develop staff while delivering superb guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant Spa, Beauty Therapy, Somatology, Wellness or Hospitality qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional spa or luxury wellness environment.
• Proven supervisory or management experience within a spa environment is essential.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel spa environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments and guest service standards.

Aufgaben

• Take overall responsibility for efficient day-to-day spa operations.
• Lead the spa team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and treatment standards.
• Manage and approve staff rosters to ensure coverage and resource efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate updates and service standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop spa team members to improve performance.
• Support onboarding and training of new and existing employees.
• Create a positive, professional working environment within the spa.
