Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Spa Manager for our premier wellness facility in Upington. You will lead therapists and front desk staff, oversee daily operations, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for wellness and beauty services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in spa management or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of spa treatments and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with spa management software and business operations.
Background in beauty therapy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client relations.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Manage the spa's budget, financial performance, and profitability.
