Job summary

Westin Cape Town is seeking a proactive Front Desk Receptionist to manage the spa front desk, welcome guests, and coordinate bookings. You will deliver exceptional guest service while supporting Beauty, Body and Skin Therapy treatments in a high‑pressure hotel spa environment.

The role requires qualification in body/skin therapy, at least 2 years in a spa setting, strong admin skills, and proficiency with MS Office and spa booking systems. Weekend and shift work will be required.

Qualifications

• Recognised or relevant qualification in Body, Skincare and Beauty Therapy and treatment.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a therapist.
• At least 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a 4 or 5-star Spa environment.
• Strong planning, administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and spa booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the spa front desk and reception area.
• Provide guest check-in/check-out support and bookings.
• Assist with spa treatments as required.
• Maintain stock and administrative records.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met.
