Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join their Soweto operations. You will design, implement, and maintain electrical infrastructure for facilities and projects, collaborating with senior engineers to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years in electrical design, with proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and knowledge of South African electrical codes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical design or systems engineering.
• Proficiency with electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical.
• Knowledge of relevant South African electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and controls.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings and schematics using CAD software.
• Conduct site surveys to determine electrical requirements and constraints.
• Assist in installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
