Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in electrical design, building services or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of South African electrical regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs and specifications for new construction and renovation projects.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings including power distribution, lighting, and earthing systems using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Conduct lighting calculations, load assessments, and other engineering analyses.
• Coordinate electrical designs with architectural and other engineering disciplines.
