Placements24 is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy Queenstown catering kitchen. You will help plan menus, supervise cooks, and ensure high standards of taste and presentation. This role focuses on teamwork, efficiency, and culinary excellence in a dynamic environment.
