Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst in Cape Town to resolve customer queries and analyze software issues for the Horizon product suite. You will communicate with clients by email and phone, act as primary contact for diverse customers, and work UK hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30 BST).

The role includes shift work as required to meet SLAs. Hybrid model with 3 days work-from-home per week is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in researching and resolving client issues.
• Experience in application support and software testing.
