Qualifications

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social support, case management, or community services.
• Strong understanding of social welfare systems, community resources, and mental health principles.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a hybrid workload effectively, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
