Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and tone.
• Demonstrable ability to engage with online communities and build relationships.
• Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s online community across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Monitor channels for brand mentions, conversations and trends.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Proactively engage with followers, initiate conversations, and encourage user-generated content.
• Escalate customer service issues to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with marketing to align community efforts with campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for user-generated content and sharing.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, sentiment and growth.
• Develop and maintain community guidelines and best practices.
