The role focuses on content creation, responding to feedback, and developing strategies to foster brand loyalty and advocacy, helping the company grow within Gauteng's diverse landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all relevant platforms.
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, video) tailored to each social media channel and audience.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive community interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with online community members, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, track key trends, and generate reports with actionable insights.
