Placements24 is seeking a vibrant Crypto Community Manager to foster and grow our online community in Vereeniging. You will be the voice of the brand across social media, forums, and channels, driving engagement and gathering feedback.

The role focuses on building brand loyalty, creating educational crypto content, and organizing online events while collaborating with internal teams to relay insights and improve community health.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably in crypto/tech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; engages diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with social media management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user participation and loyalty.
• Manage and moderate online channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit).
• Create engaging content including posts, announcements, and educational materials about cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
• Relay feedback and insights between the community and internal teams.
• Organize and host online events, AMAs, and community contests.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide regular reports on engagement metrics.
