Placements24 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, is seeking a Social Program Coordinator to design, manage and implement community initiatives. The role focuses on delivering impactful programs, engaging residents, partners, and stakeholders to improve wellbeing and social cohesion.

You will plan activities, monitor progress, manage budgets, prepare reports, and collaborate with NGOs, government agencies and local organisations to ensure ethical and effective service delivery.

Competenze

• Requires a relevant degree in Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, community development, or social services management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and logistical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
