Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, community development, or a related field.

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of social impact projects is essential.
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Public Administration, or Social Sciences preferred.

• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
