Placements24 is seeking an experienced Social Impact Manager for its operations in Mpumalanga. The role leads strategy, implementation, and measurement of social impact initiatives to drive sustainable development and community benefit.

The ideal candidate will design and manage programs, establish evaluation frameworks, and report outcomes to stakeholders, while cultivating partnerships with government, private sector, and NGOs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social impact management or program evaluation.
• Experience designing, implementing and measuring social impact programs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; budgeting and timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization's social impact strategy.
• Design and manage programs aimed at achieving specific social and environmental outcomes.
• Establish metrics and frameworks for measuring and evaluating social impact.
• Collect, analyze, and report on data related to program performance and impact.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with government, private sector, and other NGOs.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Communicate the organization's impact through reports, presentations, and storytelling.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in social impact measurement and management.
• Provide guidance and support to program teams on impact-related matters.
