Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
• 3–4 years of project coordination/management experience
• Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring social programs

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of social inclusion projects
• Engage diverse community groups to understand needs and challenges
• Develop project work plans, budgets, and timelines
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations, workshops, and dialogues
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government departments, and CBOs
