Job summary

Placements24 in East London, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) to align workforce development with strategic objectives and national requirements.

You will identify training needs, develop training plans, manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and annual budget, and ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act, BEE regulations, and SETA processes. Collaboration with HR and learning teams will drive employee growth and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Training and Development.
• Accreditation as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in skills development or HR with SDF duties.
• In-depth knowledge of the Skills Development Act and SETA requirements.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TNAs across departments and job roles.

Requirements
