Job summary

Primeserv Denverdraft seeks a Site Manager based in Kariega to oversee daily operations, workforce planning, IR handling, and client engagement across a high-volume site. The role emphasizes service levels, staffing, and adherence to labour legislation.

Responsibilities include staff management, risk reporting, and ensuring SLA targets are met, with a focus on operational stability and productivity in a TES environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years operational management or supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, automotive, manufacturing, or TES environments.
• Strong communication and people management skills are essential.
• Basic Industrial Relations knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full daily operation across allocated departments and shifts.
• Conduct daily operational floor walks and maintain strong operational visibility on site.
• Ensure staffing levels, absenteeism, overtime, workforce allocation, and shift planning are fulfilled.
• Monitor productivity, operational efficiencies, and workforce performance daily.
• Maintain operational reporting and timely communication of findings and risks.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational management and support departments.
• Attend client service delivery meetings and provide operational feedback and reporting.
• Manage employee conduct, attendance, and workplace discipline in line with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements and safety procedures.
• Oversee timesheets, payroll information, and operational reports; maintain accurate workforce records.
