Job summary

Talent Fox SA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee client sites and outsourced workforces in Klerksdorp, North West. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

You will manage temporary/contract staff, handle ER matters, and ensure labour law compliance, health & safety, and payroll coordination. A strong HR/IR background and SA labour law knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
• TES/staffing industry experience essential.
• Experience managing client sites and temporary/contract workforces.
• Strong HR, IR and Labour Relations experience.
• Good knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Health & Safety knowledge and experience.
• Strong client relationships and people management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across allocated client sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage temporary/contract employees, staffing levels, attendance and performance.
• Monitor and deliver against client SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and labour-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation and TES requirements.
• Oversee Health & Safety, PPE and site compliance.
• Coordinate timekeeping and payroll-related information.
• Resolve client and employee queries and operational challenges.
• Compile operational and performance reports.
