Job summary

Primeserv Denverdraft in Gauteng, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Operations/HR Manager to oversee client contracts, maintain service delivery in line with SLA’s and legislate guidelines. You will manage staffing levels, performance, and client relations while coordinating payroll, IR matters and governance across contracts.

The role requires a Diploma in Management or Labour relations, 5+ years of management experience in TES or related sectors, and a valid Code 8 license.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Management, Labour relations, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in TES or similar environment.
• Valid driver license (Code 8) and own reliable transport.
• Strong labour relations experience and IR/dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned contracts in line with SLA’s, KPI’s, company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships and act as the key operational contact.
• Monitor contract performance and implement corrective action.
• Manage client queries, complaints, escalations and disputes.
• Attend regular client performance meetings and ensure actions are followed.
• Co-ordinate day-to-day operational requirements across contracts and staffing.
