Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications to guide construction processes.
• Monitor construction progress, quality of work and material usage.
• Conduct site surveys and setting out for various construction elements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, engineering standards and environmental policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
