Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities for infrastructure projects around Klerksdorp. This hands-on role requires attention to design, quality, and safety standards while managing resources on site.

You will coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, monitor progress, and prepare daily reports to support project objectives in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction site supervision experience.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design team to resolve site issues.
