Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of site engineering or construction experience.
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and CAD software.
• Strong analytical and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and supervising daily on-site activities.
• Perform site surveys, setting out, and measurements per design.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Manage site logistics—materials, equipment, personnel.
• Collaborate with contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain site records—progress reports and as-built drawings.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site.
