Responsibilities

• Monitor change initiatives to meet objectives and deliver outcomes.
• Design and execute communication plans conveying IT changes and create standard templates.
• Develop clear content for communication channels and ensure consistent messaging across IT communications.
• Work with project teams to integrate communications and change plans into project timelines.
