Job summary

Creative Leadership Solutions seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple retail branches in Gauteng, South Africa. You will ensure stores are maintained, merchandised, and run efficiently while leading a team and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2-5 years in retail management, strong leadership, and a focus on pricing, inventory, and reporting. Travel weekly to Johannesburg may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: National Senior Certificate
• Minimum applicable experience: 2-5 years’ experience
• Experience in retail store management, multi-branch operations, staff leadership and development, inventory and stock management, pricing and price analysis, administrative and reporting functions, and customer service and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail branches.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop store employees; manage staffing and attendance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all branches and resolve queries/complaints.
• Complete administrative and reporting functions; monitor branch performance and support improvements.
