Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)/ N3 required.
• Valid Blasting Certificate for Fiery Mines required.
• 6+ years of relevant mining experience.
• Strong technical problem-solving and safety focus.
• SHE policies and standards adherence is essential.
• Operational mining knowledge and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead mining operations to meet KPIs safely.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and spares to avoid downtime.
• Ensure SOPs and COPs are followed across the area.
• Drive cost control, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members for high performance.
