Sasol seeks an experienced Mining Supervisor to coach and guide teams toward high performance in mining operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will drive planning, optimization, and governance adherence across shifts while delivering target production and cost control.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate with mining-related qualifications.
• Blasting and gas testing certificates required.
• Valid RSA driver's license and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and lead daily to meet KPIs for safe coal production.
• Manage equipment availability, Downtime / MTBF / MTTR; oversee maintenance plans.
• Ensure SOP/COP compliance and governance adherence.
• Oversee spares, equipment and resources for safe operations.
• Analyze failure trends and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with departments to achieve targets within budget.
• Maintain safety performance and SHE compliance.
