Avery Dennison Corporation in Gauteng seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations in our packaging materials facility. You will drive productivity, coordinate dispatch, stock control, and quality assurance to meet production targets and safety standards.

You will manage a team, ensure accurate inventory, and collaborate with ELS and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and costs while maintaining high quality.

Competenze

• 3-5 years’ experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading teams at Supervisory level.
• Knowledge and understanding of ELS and continuous improvement initiatives an advantage.

• Lead daily production targets and ensure on-time delivery.
