Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams at supervisory level (min 3 years).
• Knowledge of ELS and continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily delivery targets and ensure correct labeling and packaging of finished product.
• Adhere to documentation procedures and quality checks for deliveries.
• Operate and monitor Transport Management System and reconcile system vs. actual deliveries.
• Manage stock control including consumables, raw materials, and inventory counts.
• Supervise drivers, vehicle licensing, and regular vehicle servicing.
• Drive productivity improvements and optimize manpower usage with production systems.
• Coordinate with Dispatch Supervisor to ensure product quality and handle customer complaints effectively.
