Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Dispatch and Stock Control lead to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate labeling, and efficient packaging. You will manage daily logistics, inventory control, and driver fleets while driving productivity improvements.

The role requires leadership in a manufacturing environment, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a proactive mindset to support continuous improvements and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience within the manufacturing industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading teams at Supervisory level
• Knowledge and understanding of ELS and continuous improvement initiatives an advantage
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel) and reporting skills
• Strong communication and written skills

Responsibilities

• Meet daily dispatch targets and ensure correct labeling and packaging
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory through cycles and reconciliations
• Oversee vehicle and driver management, licensing and maintenance
• Drive productivity with optimal manpower and finishing system optimization
• Coordinate quality assurance and investigate/deliver corrective actions for discrepancies
• Lead EHS compliance and 5S activities to ensure safe operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reductions
