Job summary

You will ensure ISO and OHS Act safety standards, maintain low inventory losses, and lead a team across operations to optimize throughput.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, production supervision, and logistics management qualifications, plus 5+ years in manufacturing or logistics with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production and logistics policies and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MFGpro.
• Solid time management and analytical abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, handling, production and distribution of products.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and OHS Act safety compliance.
• Lead Slitting Operators, Material handlers and operations staff.
• Plan weekly production and distribution requirements.
• Monitor inventory with cycle counts and stock variances.
• Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement in processes.
