Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AI capabilities.
• Lead platform strategy, governance, and technical roadmap discussions.
• Design CMDB data models, governance frameworks, and service mapping strategies.
• Architect integrations with monitoring, cloud, infrastructure, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and workflow automation.
• Provide design oversight to development and implementation teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with customer leadership teams to define transformation roadmaps and business cases.

Role Summary

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the overall solution design and architecture for ServiceNow platform initiatives, with primary focus on ITOM, CMDB, AI-powered operations, and ITSM transformations. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to define scalable, secure, and future-ready platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AI capabilities.
• Lead platform strategy, governance, and technical roadmap discussions.
• Design CMDB data models, governance frameworks, and service mapping strategies.

Required Experience

• CMDB Architecture & Governance
• AI & Automation capabilities within ServiceNow

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CTA Candidate (Preferred)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM)
