Job summary

Groupe CFAO in South Africa is seeking a Parts & Service Assistant within Technical & Services to support the Maintenance Manager and technicians. You will help schedule service activity, coordinate dispatches and maintain records in Kerridge.

The role requires 3 years in MHE/Motor Industry, strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills, and Grade 12 with a Code 8 licence. You will provide accurate service documentation and assist with invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced / Expert computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• + 3 years’ experience in MHE / Motor Industry.
• Experience working on the Kerridge system.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan and communicate service activity to staff and customers.
• Dispatch technicians for breakdowns, services, load tests and jobs.
• Facilitate customer calls, complaints and queries and update customers.
• Plan and arrange machines to come to the workshop and ensure delivery.
• Prepare quotations and invoices; close jobs with Kerridge system.
