Job summary

CFAO Africa in South Africa seeks an AFM Controller to support the Maintenance Manager and technicians, ensuring best practices are followed, KPIs are met and customer-oriented service is delivered.

You will schedule service activities, dispatch technicians, handle invoices and reporting, and maintain Kerridge records. A matric qualification and a Code 8 driver’s licence are required, with 4–6 years in the MHE or motor industries.

Qualifications

• Advanced / Expert computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• + - 3 years’ experience in MHE / Motor Industry.
• Experience working on the Kerridge system.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan and communicate service activity to technicians and customers.
• Dispatch technicians to breakdowns, services and related jobs.
• Facilitate customer calls, complaints and queries and report outcomes.
• Plan for machines to come to the workshop and assign technicians.
• Invoicing completed jobs within 3 working days, in line with standards.
• Ensure labour recovery >80% and maintain timely CSI reports.
