Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years dealership Service Management experience
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, WIP, productivity & CSI management
• Experience working on BSI & Evolve systems is essential
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Strong understanding of OEM standards and dealership processes
• Ability to manage technicians, service advisors, and workshop performance
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment

Automotive dealership experience is non-negotiable.
