Job summary

Morgan Motor Group is seeking a Workshop Manager to drive the profitable operation of the Service Department and achieve manufacturer and dealership targets while upholding top service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a minimum of 3 years in workshop/service management within the motor industry, and a valid driver’s license. You will oversee workshop workflow, quality control, and liaison with OEMs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is the minimum qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Service Manager within the motor industry.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Clear criminal record.

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the Service Department. This role ensures that manufacturer and dealership targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be accountable for the overall management, performance, and housekeeping of the workshop.
