Job summary

Morgan Motor Group in Ermelo is looking for a competent Workshop Manager to lead the service department, ensuring effective and profitable operation while hitting manufacturer and dealership targets and maintaining top-tier service quality.

You will supervise the workshop team, plan workflows, liaise with OEMs, implement strategies to boost performance, and uphold cleanliness and organisation across the workshop. Strong leadership and analytical skills with a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be advantageous)
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Service Manager within the motor industry
• Strong management and leadership capabilities
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Clear criminal record

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the Service Department.
